In Hounding the Innocent by Bob Herbert talks about how there has been more raft being pulled everyplace just so they can be gangrenous by the natural law. The people that are being humiliated are Hispanics and African Americans but its really the minorities. The minorities are being stop for no reason just so they can be seen as the bad people. More than 45,000 people generate been stop in 1997 and 1998.
The State Police in Oklahoma humiliated an Army General Gerald for two hours and his son because they were African American. They were told to ticktack out of their motor automobile and they were handcuffed without the police having a reason to. The police also asked if they can search Geralds car and Gerald tell no. The police didnt respect what Gerald had verbalize and they searched his car anyway. The police brought drug-sniffing dogs since they were African American they expected them to have drugs in the car. That wasnt all; they also took off parts of the car to see that they werent hiding the drugs.
After that they were set freehanded and no one got arrested. Gerald was petrified when they let him go.
There has been an increasing get along of Hispanics and African Americans being stopped and harassed. In 1997 and 1998 there have only been 10,000 arrests. White cops stop minorities to see what they can hap in order to make them go to jail or face some humility. The American Civil Liberties Union said that the people in New York City stopped people and that everyone was innocent.
