Mrs. Bliss
With so many people, in that respect is no correct delegacy in raising a family, for there are too many conflicting ideas that are involved. If one were to ask Amy Chau, however, if there is a correct way to raise children she would reply with a solid yes. She is the author of a controversial novel called Battle hymn of the Tiger Mother. In this non-fiction tale she narrates the fable of bringing up her two Chinese-Jewish girls plainly in a fashion un-popular in America. Amy refers to it as the Chinese method of parenting. Which is to not let your kids have much options on their own choosing, hours upon hours of practicing school and instruments, and by the time they are 18 they will be on their own and grateful for their parents cloggy work. Throughout this story she compares her stylus of parenting to the Western style (American). This style is very sympathetic towards kids for it gives them choice in their lives and the parents feel leniency for how their kids act towards them. She herself being brought up the Chinese way, Amy is against the Western statement and throughout the novel has to battle temptations of sympathy, and giving her daughters their way. Both styles cite key note values and are not perfect simply it is hard to be open-minded both.
That is why the mother of this story chooses to stick to her roots and nothing else. Mrs. Chua is a strong worshipper of the Chinese genre of parenting over the Western for the Chinese focalisation on strength as a key value in their parenting which is why Amy always refers to herself as a tiger.
The Chinese have always revered the tiger as a strong individual and demands what it wants.
