Peer extort is occurring in everyday situations from meet purlieus to school actions and everything in-between. only it seems that the most impacted by it argon college students. The college earth is filled with excitement and new adventures. Students leave their homes to withstand the dream of living alone and taking on the world. From freshmen to graduating seniors, peer pressure scats to cause nothing but kind and academic problems for those on the receiving end.
Many colleges welcome their incoming fledgling class with orientations and other forms of celebrations for the future generation. The freshmen on the other business deal have their own way of celebrating their college life, and it is right awayhere near the equivalent as the one provided by the college. Fromme mentions that incoming freshman have experience with drinking, but once they enter college their drinking habits tend to increase. Fromme also indicates that the increase is due to a new environment in which everyone tends to drink (Fromme 22). Fromme is right in her assertion because now those incoming freshman will be hanging virtually older people then they did when they were in high school, which fit in to Fromme tends to lead them to drink more because now they are or so an older crowd that can get alcohol a lot easier. Frommes evidence goes to show that peer pressure starts affecting even the youngest of college students.
