CASE SCENARIO
A 67-year-old terminally ill female patient role having two sons with six grand children. They all are lifetime with her. She is diagnosed with cancer and having multi organ failure, she is suffering with stomach cancer, DVT, renal failure. She cries extinct for help from her intensive care room.
