In this paper I will encapsulate the catamenia customer relationship issues facing the Data Analysis and process (DAP) branch at the National Air and Space cognition Center (NASIC). This is not a traditional business, but I move over worked in this branch for several years in a few different roles. I have a great knowledge of the internal operations of this branch, and I am in a role to implement well-nigh of the replys spy in this paper. I will touch on some of the history of NASIC, and describe the current state of DAP to establish why these measures should be implemented. Finally, I will cover the proposed manpower nest egg afforded by implementing some of these measures.
Purpose of the Report
DAPs primary state is to collect, process, and analyze radar data collected on ballistic missiles. They do a fine job of this. The problem add ups in distributing that data to its customers. I have been tasked by DAP management to come up with solutions that can improve on the current feedback, and change as much as possible to save on man hours. This paper will be used to entice DAP management that an electronic customer relationship management (CRM) solution will resolve the increasing disconnect between management, internal, and remote customers.
There are many commercial solutions available to automate and integrate CRM solutions into your everyday processes. The problem lies with DAP operating in a classified environment. With this in mind some solutions will have to be discounted because they can never be accredited to be installed on a classified processing system. This issue has caused DAP to stop in a mindset that customer relationships have to be managed manually. DAP is not selling data for direct profit. However, the more customers that pauperization the data, the more funding they will receive every year.
