Salad. That is how I see America now. Before, immigrants were subsiding into the United States, and the Statue of Liberty was looked at as a father; welcoming the world. Now with immigration laws strongly being oblige on all told borderlines, our once rich meaty cover is now becoming a tossed salad. With all lasts and ethnicities being intertwined, and the unceasing definition of white or black changing, the meatiness of our once fully grown pot of stew, full of rich traditions being brought over, is now round into a boring bowl of greens, with not much flavor. attack from two parents that are vastly different culture wise, and study had parents migrate over here, usance youd think Id be brought up with are not present. The only culture I see still standing full of malodorousness and traditions, is that of the Tongan people. They celebrate the two biggest events in the Tongans life, which is marriage and death. make up though their kids and grandkids are; first, second, or third generation, their parents and grandparents are trustworthy to instill values, and customs that not only they look at from the peaceful Islands, but also their strong family value of no result the distance of a cousin, or aunt; immediate family is all members of the family.
I think if parents could teach their kids any traditional customs from their ethnic background, then wed have more to share with wholeness another, and possibly be more united because everyone would have something to bring to the salad bowl, which may bring a bond between people, or a similarity they never knew they had with others from a different background.
