Liquidity Analysis is the measure of a companys ability to meet its short-term obligations using its most crystal clear assets.
Liquidity analysis helps in determining the fluidness set up of the firm. A firm can be said to exact the ability to meet its current obligations when its total current assets frame equal to its total current liabilities. It is measured with the help of liquidity ratios.
