General Background Vietnam is a developing hoidenish located in southeasteast Asia. Its surface area is 331 688 km2 (similar to Malaysia, Norway or Finland). Vietnam is the 13th country in the world in damage of population with 91.5 million people (similar to the Philippines). The area consists of densely plant highlands, hills and tropical lowlands. Due to its geographical location the country is  disposal issue to tropical monsoons and frequent floods especially in the lowlands. Despite its big history as an independent state reaching 938 AD Vietnam was finally conquered by France in 1885 and became a part of French Indochina. Despite ignoring the civil rights of Vietnamese people, the French administration true infrastructure and modern education. The presence of Roman Catholic church in the country was also established during the French principle period.

During the World War II the communist movement created by Ho Chi Minh started to fight for independence. Finally in high-minded 1945, after the fall of Japan the first independent government was proclaimed in Hanoi. However, the French did not seek for quiet transfer of power. Their will to regain the rule over Vietnam lead to First Indochina War that lasted until 1954. It resulted with the partition of the country into Democratic majority rule of Vietnam under Ho Chi Minh in the north and cite of Vietnam under emperor Bao Dai in the south. Existence of two Vietnamese states quickly led to civil state of war in which South Vietnam was supported by the USA and North Vietnam could rely on Soviet Unions and other communist countries help.
