Hispanic American Diversity In this research paper I will be identifying the linguistic, political, social, economic, religious, and familial conventions and statuses of the following four Hispanic groups living in the United States; Mexican Americans, Puerto Ricans, Cubans, and El Salvadorians. individually group has their own cultural identity but has been reason as Hispanic Americans based on their language. All these groups assign the Spanish language, though each has a antithetical vocabulary and some words spelled and pronounced the same have different meanings. Mexican Americans language consists of their national language Spanish and English, sometimes referred to as Spanglish. Although Mexican Americans language was sometimes referred to Spanglish, the Puerto Ricans were responsible for the language of Spanglish. throughout the immigration of Mexicans to America, it appears to be that little advancement is made for Mexican Americans to move up from immigrant category to ordinary social category.
